Ecce Homo presents the Canadian premiere of Terre Haute by seminal gay author and queer literary institution Edmund White. White's play imagines a series of jail-house meetings based on the real-life correspondence between author Gore Vidal and Timothy McVeigh, whose 1995 bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma City killed 168 and wounded more than 800.
Terre Haute was given its its World Premiere by nabokov at the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh August 5th, 2006. The US premiere opened April 7th, 2007 at the New Conservatory Theatre, San Francisco CA (Artistic Director Ed Decker).
